Excellent Stay
I like always, had a wonderful experience & a comfortable stay . As usual Taj hospitality was at its best . The front desk was like always very pleasant, especially Rakshit & all the team , so was the bellboys & house keeping , i want to make a special mention for the dining experience, the staff & Chef were very professional & courteous, Chef Pradeep specially came & understood what i needed to be made off the menu , want to mention Capt Dominic & his team , Pathak,Stella,Riya,Susanth , were all good & one felt really being in the lap of luxury with while receiving the best hospitality. For which no other chain can beat Taj group

TAJNESS FELT..
wow..tajness felt at the hotel...to start with slightly disappointed for tge room for 2 adults and two children..a luxurious room had more expectations but the hotel was huge and great...swimming pool is a gem and well maintained..very neat and Vasanth the life guard was really awesome...food was great and the service at the restaurant was really appreciated..they always try to help us and bring what ever we want...staff were generous hard working..right from chefs to service all were great...finally we enjoyed the trip...

I had a decent stay at the property. The location and facilities were good and the staff was cooperative. However, the food taste was not up to the mark and needs improvement. Overall, it was an average experience.

Taj Krishna is located at Banjara hills and hence provides easy access to any place in Hyderabad. The food is very delicious (Breakfast). Hospitality by staff is top notch and ambience is awesome. We had a good time in the pool as well. A must visit if you are looking to relax and rejuvenate!

The experience at Hotel Taj Krishna HYD, left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Specially Staff “Amesha” 7th Floor, Happy hours and High Tea, She was really really good at her service, talking respectfully, positively asking guest very friendly smile on her face I love it, hotels are not know for their brands, really they know for their staff behaviour and response. - Taj hotels are know for hospitality and every hotel need staff like Amesha.

Taj Krishna was a comfortable, serene getaway for the weekend. Beginning with the warm welcome, the room was very aesthetic and well decorated. The food for both dinner and breakfast buffets had a good spread, although more variety could have been added to the menu. The hotel staff were very warmhearted and affectionate at the restaurant and the hotel reception. Overall, a good stay, though the pricing is a bit too high for the kind of rooms provided, When the same amenities are being provided at other 5 star hotels for a better price and a better food menu. It’s a perfect stay if one is looking to be close to the bustling city life while enjoying a lavish vacation.
