Actually my check in time was 12.00 PM but they provided us complimentary 3hrs early check in subjected to availability. I believe we arrived at hotel around 07.30 - they charged us 500/- extra. I didn't say or argue with them and I'm not saying this is bad/good. I'm just sharing my experience. Apart from this, room was super clean and it's nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Elite Hotel. The staff were courteous and professional, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The services provided exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and prompt assistance whenever needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Personally I like the Hotel location, accessibility, and hotel amenities, but at the same time the behaviour of the staff is just opposite... They might be freshers or they might not have experience to treat guests properly, to handle the situation politely . They were rude at the front desk, and they are apathetic towards guest comfort. In conclusion, a good hotel at a budget price with a bad experience with the staff.
