Review Of Elite Hotel HITECH

Booked for 2 individuals, however only on toiletiers, mineral water provide. Room was so untidy , cigarette butts wre found. Breakfast was not at all good. Had to chase the staff for any requirements . Don't go by the images of the room.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming staff. Truly a pleasant stay with great service and atmosphere!

Actually my check in time was 12.00 PM but they provided us complimentary 3hrs early check in subjected to availability. I believe we arrived at hotel around 07.30 - they charged us 500/- extra. I didn't say or argue with them and I'm not saying this is bad/good. I'm just sharing my experience. Apart from this, room was super clean and it's nice stay.

What truly stood out was the service — the staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their prompt responses and helpful attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.

Personally I like the Hotel location, accessibility, and hotel amenities, but at the same time the behaviour of the staff is just opposite... They might be freshers or they might not have experience to treat guests properly, to handle the situation politely . They were rude at the front desk, and they are apathetic towards guest comfort. In conclusion, a good hotel at a budget price with a bad experience with the staff.
