Average hotel with some dinning
bathrooms have a stinking smell and the refrigerator is also the same. Fan noise which disturbs a lot and food is awesome

Hotel policy is horrible & they are looking for money only
I booked hotel from 17 .03.25 to 21.03.25. But due to some medical emergency I returned home on 20.03.25 & I tried to modify my booking but there was no options in app. Then I called MakeMyTrip & they told that I need to submit medical documents as supporting. My father was ill so I returned back & that is very simple. Why should I share the medical documents for that. i intimated the same prior 2 days which was sufficient I think. But I did not get the refund of 1 day.

Very poor mattresses, in one night stay i got back pain, in night at 11 pm knock door for towel really regret

Good Stay
Good hotel with necessary amenities and good food. Places in main area of gachibowli and access to other main places are easy. Could add couple more dishes in the breakfast menu would be needed.

Compared to other treebo hotels, ACYS is not up to the mark. The room smells really bad. Shower water was dirty for the first few minutes.TV was not working.

Room has no windows/ no separate kitchen for veg food/ staff was not supporting. I will not recommend this hotel

Excellent Stay
Stayed for 3 days. It was a pleasant stay. Good hygiene. Plenty of space in room and bathroom. Well maintained. Neatly kept. Room service was available 24x7. Restaurant and breakfast was good. Staffs were very welcoming. Had a nice and comfortable stay overall.

Good Stay
Property location makeup is good and cost offered. I personally register complaint of glasses not provisioned in room to entertain guests, bathroom not have light on mirror as well jet not working / tissue roll also made on request. Only infra won't solve maintenance do~
