Very bad experience and bad smell in the room, drinking water was not provide tv was not working no response from the reception, we left the hotel within 2hours

Choose this hotel only if you have no option. Big no for family. Dirty beds, smoking rooms. No water no jug or glass

Nobody available for receiving luggage 🧳 mattresses not in proper way dustbin also crack.. nobody entertain properly..room cleaning also issue..

Food - did not try the local restaurant food, so no opinion. Location - outskirts of main city and taxi is mainly by local three-wheeler or by local taxi booking apps such as ola and uber. Facilties - spacious rooms, wifi, ac, fan, elevator, attached restaurant, but none others. The windows need to be repaired and the back of hotel is currently a garbage dump, and needs to be addressed somehow. Overall opinion- it's a budget hotel suitable for short stays.

Very bad service by staff, not maintaining hygiene. No soap and shampoo. Not providing single water bottle

1. Door is not closing properly washroom flush is not working bed, towels & pillows are dirty wash room floor is too horrible and finally hotel staffs are not responding my requests

Kettle and fan are needed

They font even provide towels in room of double occupancy, only one was given. Don't provide drinking water in room, forget bottled, not even a jug and glass. It can be only called a room with a cot and ac or an air-conditioned dharamshala.

Horrible customer service, no toilet bolts to close and nobody cares after several requests also. Leaking water in toilets and no daily cleaning. No room service at all. Not sure how it’s surviving, only due to location i think. Terrible experience really.

No cleaning, no ac remote, no fan, no hot water.

1. Rooms weren't clean. 2. Bedsheets weren't clean. There were hair and stains on bedsheets. 3. Complimentary breakfast is served only after 9 am. 4. A c was broken. 5. Pan masala stains on staircase. 6. Staff were very co-opertive, though.

Location: near ramoji film city and hyderabad ring road food: we ordered food in rooms and it was nice hygiene: rooms were clean and fresh safety: not applicable

Average. It was convineint stay for ramoji film city tour. Little bit disappointed in regards of the hygeine and room maintainence service.

The place and staff are really terrible. Bathroom stinks. Stained bed and pillow covers. The amenities like hot water and clean sink. Please don’t ever recommend or use this hotel to stay.

It was a bad experience as washroom xonsition was terrible. For everything like wifi shops, drinking water etc i had to call reception multiple times. There was no soap in dispenser, mirror was extremely dirty

Easy to access the city center from property location, hygiene.

Few things dint liked. There was no latch in bathroom beds had nails coming out from joints. Cleanliness not upto the mark.

Rooms and toilets are so dirty. It's not good to stay with family.

I forgotten my bluetooth at room when i check out. After 4 hours i remember my bluetooth and informed them by call at reception. They identified and returned it me. Thanking them for their device.
