Review Of Param Hotel and Restaurant

When we reached at hotel, there staff denied our booking, he said your booking has not recieved. I shown him booking i'd and details still he refusing. After long struggle he agree to give room. After that he allotted different room than actual booked room. No cleaned room no ac working condition no room service many restrictions. I suggest u don't keep such hotels on mmt. Horrible experience with this room

Hotel para Manager is seeking money only and very arrogant. Not recommended gore family we had called hotel for check in 2 times in a day and mentioned that we will be checking in late night, post that, my rooms were given to other guest saying we tried you calling multiple times. But why? first of all we had booking done and secondly, we called them to say we will be checking in late, so why our rooms given to others. Another thing, after huge fight they given us another rooms but said has technical issue and asked less money and we need to pay more money and they gorced us to pay 1. 5k more on top booking saying local rates are high I have g pay reciept of paying additional money to hotel for check in. I can present same, which is not acceptable and they mentioned font book next time. I request to give me refund of my additional monry paid on top charges. Not acceptable.

So good experience and excellent service, staff behaviour is so good proper service provided. Food quality is so good and testy
