the hotel was under repair and overall not value for money . location good.food nice.amenities poor,service good.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, despite parking being listed as available in amenities, there was absolutely no parking provided. Had to park far from the property. Even the bed linen and bedsheet was torn and not replaced in a long time. Several other items like towels, tea bags, cups and water bottles were also missing, had to call back to back for these. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to others

One of the best property I have ever stayed in my entire life. Must try a place in pahalgam. Some one needs to add this property in the wonders of Kashmir valley.

Food was average and room facilities were poor as we got no heating in the room. Location was good but average property

No water provided in bathroom. No space heater. Wardrobes damp and not usable. Towel was not provided. No lift facility for rooms on 2nd floor.

Every-time call at reception for everysmall things. Like not getting hot water 24 hrs for bathing. No blowers for 24 hr. Very bad experience

Very old property, no proper cleaning, no proper lights in the room and hot water during the specified time only. Not worth as per fare charged. Good thing is the service of the hotel and location

Only location was good other than the room and amenities are not as per price below average. In breakfast there is no option they have fixed menu for everyday only aaloo paratha, omlet and bread butter.

Washrooms: broken toilet flush button, smelly bathroom, after using sink, it leaks and dirty water drops on feets. Room: landline not working, small room - b early you can walk, dirty mirrors- cant even see myself clearly. Location: perfect, located in main market. Staff : excellent.
