Review Of Hotel Abshar

Hotel room quality was great, except that being in such chilly area no room heaters were provided which had really made us unhappy. No running hot water at all. Restaurant service is extremely poor.

Very Good Hotel. Full value for money. Very Good Ambience. Co-operative Staff & very good service. Rooms with full facilities. Quality Food.

Great place to stay, value for money, good hospitality, warm staff, we are followers of Swaminarayan sect and we had fast on one day of our stay and the hotel managed to get us all the food they could for the fast, awesome.

Hotel located at best location, I wood like to stay again next time in this hotel.

Good location, good atmosphere well mannered staffs. Room interior is very ordinary, otherwise good hotel. Suggest to provide Tea Maker in rooms as restaurant do not serve even Tea before 7am a problem for early risers. If this problem is taken care I will like to stay again in the hotel.

Hotel was good and people were extremely courteous and helpful. Special mention is for Mr. Gulam Mhd Vani who made our stay very comfortable to his abilities. Rated bad for facility as there was no room heater and had to stay inside the blanket, for most part of the stay inside hotel room. Off season issues.

The room given to us initially 319 was characterless and unpalatable in such beautiful place. The wardrobe dirty, broken dustbin, lights not working, shower for a dwarf, basin insufficient, no napkin, poor quality of soap, cramped room, luckily shifted to 313, which was much better. In all aspects, as a budget hotel. Staff though was warm and helpful and which was the saving grace.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff is just awesome. Always eager to help. Took great care of our kid when he was sick. One of the highlights of our Kashmir trip! Pervez and Mehraj were some of the staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

The overall experience was more than excellent and the major role played by Mr Peer Shah-ud-din. In chilling condition we are a bit late to reach Pahalgam due early landslide and traffic, Mr Shah called me up before I called him and told me not to worry about food and stay. My family got relief with the words of Mr Shah. and when we reach Pahalgam with chilly temperature and dark of the night every one from Mr Shah, Abdul Wakeel, Abdul Rasheed, Bilal Ahmad and Mehraj ud din were on alert to receive us. Before checking in we have our delicious dinner with all smile from staff members. Mr Shah also gave us the facility of centralized heating system additional of his own. My regards to the captain of the ship called Abshar. Mr Peer Shah-ud-din. Like visit again and recommend highly to friends and others. Overall the condition of the hotel is excellent with car parking facility and room for driver.

Good Budget Hotel. Needs to work a lot on food. Menu items not available by our choice. They serve you food of their choice only and that too with a lot of ehsaan type feeling.

The location, hospitality and the behaviour of the staffs were very good. The facilities in the rooms and the vicinity are well designed. The services rendered by the staffs are awesome. In total the experience in the hotel in Pahalgam was quite memorable.

We would like to thank the management of Abshar hotel for making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Cleanliness was maintained all over and we were made to feel very homely. Service was excellent and food was good. However, options in food was limited and a bit oily. But these could be neglected because of the friendly staff. The management ensure that the snow was cleared from the gang-way making roaming around in the premises easy. We would love to stay here again and again.
