The manager was nice, polite and helpful. The staff was always trying to rip you for tips. The complimentarybreakfast was a sham. Only 2 slices of bread and tea per person was sought to be provided for in the name of complimentary breakfast.

Maintenance of rooms required . Staff is good. View from hotel is excellent . We were provided room heater at free of cost. Intercom does not work. We were also provided kitchen to make our favourite dish.

Not worth the money I paid. The rooms are not decent enough and one wont enjoy Pahalgam staying here :(. Hot WAter was provided in buckets in the morning and the room and bathroom is not clean and not maintained . We were disappointed with our stay here in a beaitiful location :(
