Great place. Amazing place to stay. Totally recommended. Great service staff. Muthu waa of great and supreme help here

The place is very hard to be located, TV, WiFi, door locks are not functional, the mattress is at the lowest quality, but the staffs were very kind and professional.

Worst property I have stayed in my life. Care taker of the property never answers the call. Worst location. No sign board. Not suitable for elderly people. Construction is going on. The whole place is dirty

Hotel staff is very cooperative. Manager is very helpful. Hotel is at good location, surrounded by tea plants.

Absolute Value for Money ,the room was reasonably spacious with clean washroom and basic toiletries . property is flanked on either sides by Tea garden and looks down into a valley . Good news for birders ,we can get white eyes ,common rose finches ,Grey fungle fowl , Flycatchers around The two youngsters Sujith and ramesh are ever willing to help with a smile

The caretakers were pretty good, the problem occurred with electricity and there was no power back-up. We also found a big spider in our bed.

I booked cab from ooty to mysore total booking amount was-rs 3350 but have been charged rs 4320. 820 advance and 3500 taken by driver. When i asked for receipt of excess amount they threaten me and told you will not able to reach at your destination

It’s a good place at the far end. There is a nice mountain view. But it’s not worth the price. The rooms are average, not cleaned properly. There are cobwebs in the rooms. The breakfast is just not worth it. If your really want to stay in the middle of nature with serene views and nothing else matters then it’s the place for you, otherwise the rest of the service is average.

Excellent staff. Biju us a very cordial person. Welcomed us wholeheartedly. Ambience is very good. Worth staying again.

Cottage was unsafe because animals, caretaker demands me to pay extra money for breakfast which was included with stay although we left one night before

Just for puri and upama as a dinner, they charged 470 ruppes. Rooms are okay, view is nice. Overall okay
