The place was decent. Clean rooms. All though the sheets looked a bit old and uncomfortable they swiftly changed it for us. Great location close to baga beach

LOVE TO STAY AGAIN
We as in couple stay for 6 nights (July-August month) Pros -1-Perfect Location, 2-Spacious Room Deluxe Room(Ground floor), 3-Amenities,4-Humble and friendly Staff. 5- Budget friendly( Deluxe room in July and August month can cost you depending upon booking site. prefer- MMT Cons- 1- Can be Negligible for some ppl but I want to mention that the floor of my room Deluxe-Pool view ( Ground floor was wet at all time as the reason could be the moisture from ground & it was very annoying.

Good Stay
The room was decent and the location was very accessible to the beach and night life. There were a few problems I have faced with regard to the stay , firstly I went during the monsoons so it’s expected that there will be mosquitoes, but despite having anti mosquito measures there were a lot of mosquitoes and had very disturbed sleep because of it . The pool was very well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful and responded promptly.

Best and peaceful property for a good stay
I personally really like this place — it's peaceful, and the ambiance is lush, green, and relaxing. Even though the property is a bit old, it doesn’t feel that way at all. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. One of the best things is its location — it's very close to Baga Beach, shopping spots, and several restaurants. Highly recommended for families. The receptionist brother was extremely friendly and helpful too!
