Stay at Olgah
We stayed at the Attic room which had one of the best views of the mountains. The interiors of the attic room are elegant and the curtains make it feel luxurious and cozy! The air conditioner was in great condition and I’m glad it was there is our as it can get a little hot during June. The staff was nice and made our stay pleasant. Local cuisines were tasty and the coffee was good as well! Would totally recommend it for the luxurious room and the view it offers outside the window! 10/10 in my opinion :)

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback, though we believe it’s important to clarify the full context for the benefit of future travelers. You initially booked a 6-bed dormitory, but upon arrival, you refused to stay in a dorm and demanded a private room. Unfortunately, we were fully booked at the time. Still, understanding your situation — and despite it being late evening — we went out of our way to find you a private room at a nearby homestay which normally charges ₹4000. You only paid ₹2500, and we personally covered the ₹1500 difference to help you out. You were clearly happy with this arrangement and even thanked us multiple times. So your claim that we “didn’t give you a room” is not only false — it’s dishonest. It's disappointing to see your review not reflect the actual support and service we extended beyond our obligation. We always strive to assist our guests in every way possible, but honesty and fairness are expected in return. Warm regards

During your stay, the power was going off almost every three hour — which was unusual — but we made sure to run the genset whenever needed to minimize the inconvenience. Dirty management
Early check in done. Staff was not good as i think . While playing polo ( snookers) then came again and again to disturb us . Then tell us sdm came in our hotel for stay don’t make noise otherwise go to your room . I go there (olgah ) for enjoying not for fight. They also told that you make our room to dirty . So my genuine review was 2/5.

The reason our staff requested you to lower the noise was because it was around 12:30 AM, and several guests were trying to sleep. Our intention was never to disturb your fun, only to ensure comfort for all our guests. Regarding the cleanliness issue — you were staying in a shared dormitory, and other guests raised concerns about the room being left very untidy. As a shared space, it’s important for all guests to be considerate of one another.
Poor staff service, worse amenities.
Bad service and poor quality of amenities. Detailed review given on Google. Ms. Geeta is especially useless but unfortunately is the receptionist - 1. Denied 5G wifi and lied normal wifi will be okay. 2. Did not even bother to understand what our concern was and lied that it is solved.

poor service
The lift wasn’t working , the in room dining is very unprofessional, the washrooms were not functional properly and after repeatedly calling them they changed the room

Very good experience with beautiful view from room
we booked this hotel for one day then extended for two more days. its a beautiful hotel. we stayed in their best room with balcony and mountain view and its awesum. wooden rooms were excellent with heater. food i think is okayish therefore giving 4 star no other issue is there. hotel provided two wheeler to us also. overall a great place to stay.

Stayed at olgah manali and amazing what a place!. the location of this hotel is prefect stunning views close enough to all the must visit spots. The food was incredible with a fancy twist. the staff were lovely, always smiling 😊 and super helpful. ahh Kalpit , the owner what a guy! he is sooo down to earth and made sure everything was just right..if you want a memorable and relaxing stay you must visit olgah..

Average Stay
Review for Olgah Manali I stayed at Olgah Manali for one night with my partner and another couple. The property itself is quite nice—our room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. However, the overall experience was let down by the staff. The attendants were cold and unwelcoming, and the receptionist came across as outright rude. Unfortunately, we were also wrongly charged for a broken glass that we hadn’t damaged, which added to the unpleasantness. I strongly suggest the owner reviews the behavior and professionalism of the staff. A beautiful property like this deserves a team that matches its quality. With the right staff, this place could offer a truly wonderful stay.
