All over it was good some basic housekeeping facilities can be improved stagg was good and polite. Location is good near to mall road and zingbus lounge too , view is really nice

Hotel was hardly 200-300 metre from mall road & the hotel interior was good but the room which was allotted to us was not good.

The place was good near the mall road all things were accessible and hotel was clean even the staff was good

Very nice hotel, good staff. Hygiene and cleanliness is good. Location is good, just 2minutes walking from mall road and van vihar park.

Location was perfectly fine and view from hotel top floor was awosome.

Rooms are big, suitable for 2 adults+2 kids. Food quality and quantity is good. Location and parking is good

Located around 3 minutes walking distance from meal road and 3 minute auto ride from the volvo bus stand would reach you to this location. Hotel is decent as per the price tag and had nice staff behaviour altogether. If lucky, you can get a spectacular mountain view from your balcony.

Near to mall Road, good variety menu, quick response of room service

Service was ok. Basic Washroom kits were not available. Some of the staff members were not cooperative.

Location 5/5 opposite van Vihar gate, staff behavior 5/5, very much cooperative, stay quality 5/5 very cozy and homely atmosphere, restaurant food 4.5/5 extremely hygienic, value for money 4.2/5, cleanliness of rooms and hotel 5/5, no artificialness, had a very peaceful and pleasant stay for 4 nights 5 days (23-27 December 2019. Just beside mall Road. Best affordable and homely stay in Mall Road, Manali with excellent view and in close proximity to the Volvo bus stand and eateries.

Spacious rooms, elite interior decorations. Tasty food in affordable budget. Prompt room service. 5mins walk to mall Road.

Good location, very close to Mall road. No lifts and no free room heaters were a drawback. Room service good. Good mountain view from room. Balcony was a plus point. Spacious free parking available. No welcome drink, free water bottles served. 10% discount on food had to be reminded to staff at checkout. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Visited with the group of friends. Staff was very helpful to carry the luggage from downstairs to room. Rooms are very neat and spacious. Location is nice and calm. Not sure about the food as I did not eat it here, but there are many restaurants Around this location and no need to worry.

Vary limited choice of breakfast. No Juice, No cereal, only Indian breakfast available in the room.

Location is near mall Road but ask someone, otherwise it will be hard to find it. Service is quite ok.
