Terrible Stay
I booked my hotel for around 3400 rupees, first of all i didn’t hotels exist without parking of cars, when i got to know the hotel didnt have parking i requested for cancellation without any refund the customer executive didn’t processed my request and rejected it outright don’t know why then i booked another hotel just on its side with car parking space for 2000 rupees so my overall experience makes me think that this all make my trip app is a scam a traveller should just get the number of hotel and book it themselves or just on arrival the app also doesn’t show the access road to hotel which was very bad i didn’t expected the app to show these grade hotels why book from app when you can just book the hotel on its side with good price

Location is good. The bedsheets and blanket were not clean.
coupleCleanliness is okay in rooms and bathrooms. But the bed sheets and blanket provided were not clean, there were white spots on the bedsheets and the blanket were used and not fresh.

Value for money hotel
familyProperty is very near to the main market i. E. Mall road. The room we were given was neat and clean. However it was very cold and there was not heating provision. Towels were not upto the mark. For the price it is value for money.

businessOverall good stay. Rooms cleanliness needs an improvement, no dustbins placed in rooms. No shampoo provided in rooms. Most importantly, no parking space provided to the guests. Hotel should at least provide space for parking guests owned or rented vehicles.

The hotel new adarsh is just near by mall manali, a few steps of walking distance to mall manali. Manager & staffs of the hotel r superb in both services n behaviour. Accomodation of the room is also fantastic, bathroom is very clean n big too.

Dear Sir, thank you so very much for your patronage and the strong 5/5 score Sir. It was an absolute delight to host your stay. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and found us worthy of a score of 5 despite us clearly not being anywhere near perfect. We do indeed have limitations Sir. Our location is meant for guests seeking the convenience of the Mall road and the best bang for their buck, as being centrally located everything is much cheaper here and is available in a wide range of prices and qualities. The trade-off of course, as you mentioned already, is scenic views from the Window. Regarding breakfast timings Sir, firstly I would like to apologize for the inconvenience faced. We have an extremely large menu (largest in Entire north India for our Category), and are unable to provide breakfast early due to the elaborate morning prep for the same. We are considering opening a second -smaller restaurant in house to help solve this issue. But that will take some time of course. Dear sir, apologies for the inconvenience you faced. We checked the blankets in the room you had stayed, and they seem clean. I don't know why you have called them dirty. While you stayed with us you never made any complaints to either the manager or any other staff member, otherwise we would have changed the entire bedding. Regardless, we still don't understand what your issue was with the blanket, because they were only recently brought back from the laundry. I hope this review isn't from mischievous elements. Good for a budget stay
You have to rent a heater on colder seasons. The room was quite good for the money and clean too.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and found everything to your satisfaction for the money paid. Indeed Sir, heaters are needed to be rented in the winter months, but you would be surprised how many guests visiting to Manali do not as they just require the cheapest accommodation. After providing and maintaining all our service standards, staffing, power back up etc we find it really difficult to support our guests any further within such budget charges. Perhaps, someday the market will mature and guests will be willing to pay a little bit more and then hotels will be able to afford more comprehensive services. The mall Road area of Manali indeed has several benefits, the compromise being access to nature views from the Hotel. Otherwise, you have access to hundreds of eateries, shopping areas, travel agents, taxis autos, bus stand medical facilities, SDM office, tourism office making your trip to Manali very very convenient and hassle free. A guest almost needs no pre planning while staying at the mall Road. In fact if you enjoy early morning walks, the mall Road has ram Bagh sanctuary Park to the North and van Vihar sanctuary Park to the South, which are great places for early morning exercises and yoga, or perhaps just a light stroll for your health.
