The staff was cooperative to some extent. The internet speed was less, cleanliness not great could be better , food quality ok but could surely be improved and dinner tim. was too late.

The mountains away from the noise, this is the place. We get a 360 view of the entire mountain surrounding, with beautiful apple plantations surrounding the property. It’s a smart choice to stay here since you can avoid a lot of the traffic that comes with manali. The rooms are very clean, there is a nice smell of freshness in the property. I have stayed here twice and definitely will be going back.

Absolutely beautiful place to wander around or just sit and watch nature at its best. Well kept apple orchards, stunning views from the property, the staff are extremely friendly and courteous, they arranged some mouth watering bbq on one of the nights that we were there to go along with some bon fire as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, the view from the rooms are a cherry on the cake.

From the check-in to check-out, it was awesome and hassle free experience which is big thing in budget hotels. The front desk manager is a very great and hospitable person that i have ever met.

I had a good experience in this hotel, the staff was very supportive and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat and we had a good view from the hotel room. Food was great (okis) and they provided good quality of heater as well, which was sufficient enough to heat the room. Infact at the time of check out i missed to hand over the keys and the hotel guys called me up in evening to confirm if i had the key, they were very polite and asked me to handover the keys, i requested them to come at my new location and they agreed to come. The hotel manager came the very same moment and took away the keys so as to provide good service to other guest. A great experience.

We stayed at hotel cherry manali for three days and we were amazed by their hospitality. Everyone in the staff is extremely helpful and cordial. They arranged bikes and cabs for us. The rooms were clean and immaculate, and the view is to die for. The service was prompt and whatever we ordered was on our doors quite soon. The food also was really delicious, i especially liked the poori aloo and mix veg. I would definitely stay with hotel solitaire again whenever i return.
