Very Good
Located near Hidimba Devi Temple and Also Mall Road with approx distance 1 km, walkable. Food was good specially Tea👌. Room was clean and well maintained with mountain view from the window. Staff were very helpful. Overall a very good stay.

Position is very good. From the room we have seen ice peak mountains. Rooms are neat and clean. The restaurant is good. Staffs are very helpful.

very nice expe
we had a very pleasant stay here. The place where the hotel stays is near to the temple hadimba and does have a very good location for travelling and for travellers. The food provided is also very nice from the hotel. The staffs are also very friendly.

Candid feedback
familyNot good as value for money was zero. They provide room breakfast which i took in per night! also breakfast taste and quality wasn’t good almost same menu every day. There was power cut and during that time no light and not even fan so one night we had to awake which was pathetic as we were very tired. Not recommend to stay in this hotel at all.

Disappointing Experience Due to Staff missbehaviour
I stayed at Kapoor Resorts Manali By DLS Hotels from 21st june to 24th june 2024. our trip was marred by an incident involving the hotel staff. On 23th june, at 12:15 PM, .The guy misbehaved with female and when she shouted then he said, "Sorry! It was by mistake in very casual manner" It was not showing the apology and this is done intentionally. After reporting to higher management they did not took any strict action against the staff member . This behaviour was unacceptable and made our group, particularly the women, feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite reporting the incident to the management, the response was unsatisfactory. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and respect from a reputed hotel like Kapoor Resorts Manali By DLS Hotels. This experience overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. We have asked for video recording of misbehaving done at the reception gate then they were making excuse and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for their staff to handle guests with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
