even the location was not approachable, no parking area. My vehicle got scratched due to lack of parking, also the staff is also I'll mannered, nobody came out at the time of check-in, the main person the very I'll behavioured he said park your car at paid parking which was 300 m away from location and way to parking was as narrow that not even two motorcycle can pass together

Hello Sir         This is Vimal. I stayed at hotel alpine, Manali. I had a complete worst experience over here. Manager didn't support and there was not a single service provided by them. I was given a different room which should not be called a room. It had broken old bed, unhygienic carpet, room had spider nets with some insects, bathroom was not good, hot water was not provided, service person didn't take any responsibility for the hot water, geyser is rusted and not working, bathroom had a window with a broken net, there were some insects around the bed, table is not good, chairs were not provided, all windows are unhygienic and not cleaned since a long, paint is done to hide some irregularities in walls, TV was not provided, only 1 dim light of 1.5 feet long is provided for illumination. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE.

Firstly no FAN no AC in room also hotel took early check-in Charges even we show screenshot of MMT Booking where Clearly Mentioned that "free Complementary early check-in". we have send screenshot for escalation but no reply for this issue... also we have requested for 2 hour late checkout but manager denied and demand 1000 Rs extra for late checkout... also they provide only one bath towel for 2 occupancy room...

It was executive stay. Clean rooms nice staff awesome view. Excellent hotel
