Hotel Monal

Location was okay but room was pathetic. There were rats in the wall furniture and general room service was unavailable.

Room is 7, comfortable stay Location 7 as is near mall road and hadimba temple. Food is 5, veriety was less. Facilities 5, same person is using all work. Dedicated staff should be there to avoid cross contamination chances, pest issue observed on ground floor.

We had a 4 days stay. Rooms were too good with top notch cleaning, Heaters are available with reasonable extra cost. We had Tea, coffee and breakfast items which were decent. Also we checked in early and a had a late check out. Overall we loved the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monal, Manali The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful through out my visit. it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is a major highlight – conveniently close to Hadimba Temple and a short distance from Mall Road, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the luxurious amenities required for a cozy stay but the main thing I loved is the ambient lawn equipped with bonfire area and a beautiful selfie point. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the majestic mountains in full display. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious and freshly prepared. I especially appreciate the variety in their menu and the prompt room service. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially binni and the waiter Krishna always ready to assist with a smile. The parking facility was another plus point, as finding parking in Manali can often be a hassle. Overall, Hotel Monal is a great budget-friendly option for families and friends looking for a comfortable and serene stay in Manali. I’d happily recommend it and would consider staying here again on my next visit, it’s worth every single penny you spend.

The hotel and room was very luxurious. The ambience of the hotel was marvellous. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. It is near by most of the local site seeing places.

The hotel was good. The food was good and the host was welcoming. The rooms were okay but needed a bit of cleanliness. The best part was that we had asked for a bit of different things apart from breakfast/dinner which was not in buffet and the host helped in getting that done, the staff is courteous and prompt.

No nearby food option, hotel breakfast option available after 8. 30am, no electricity from night until morning.

I had planed a stay with my family it was the worst experience i ever had. The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. Also, the rooms are cramped, and the furniture is old-fashioned and tatty. The service was pathetic.

Room: comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Service: disappointingly indifferent and slow. Impersonal check-in, slow response to requests, and disorganized restaurant service. Housekeeping lacked efficiency. Overall: room quality saves the day, but poor service detracts from the experience.
