Hotel location is awesome and good parking available. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Looking forward to stay again

The property offers a comfortable stay with decent location which near to Old Manali and Mall Road. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms were big in size and clean. We stayed 3 nights there. Staffs are well behaved and helpful.

We booked one royal suite and one family suite, both the rooms were worth it, these were spacious, elegant and the wooden texture made it feel somewhat royal also, rooms were mesmerizing and service was also nice, food quality and quantity provided was quite satisfying.

It was a 4 day stay for us and we can say the experience was pretty amazing. 1. A comparatively spacious room with a beautiful view from the balcony. 2. Wooden flooring and architecture with vintage vibes. 3. 24×7 room service from well mannered staff 4. delicious food with a variety of options and good quantity and quality. 5. old Manali, mall road, Hidimba temple and Manu temple at walking distance. 6. special shout out to the property manager, who was cooperative, quick and recommended some nice places to us.

This hotel seems to be very old property. And management did not maintain the property well. It is made up of wood. My experience for the first two days was not good. They did not provide good bedsheets and towels. When i complained to them, then only they changed bedsheets and provided good towels. Also there was dust all over the room, reason might be as this is on the road to old manali. There are some other things which i had complaints about room conditions (which i don't want to tell publicly, told the manager and the good thing is that he listened and said he will work on improving them. This is on the road to old manali, so there will be heavy traffic till midnight, so vehicles horns might keep you awake till 12. Dinner ordered in rooms was tasty and service was good. But we ordered paratha for two days and every time they gave one burnt paratha and the other one was good. I have mix experience, for first two days it was pathetic and last day was good. But overall if you ask me, i had a little bit bad experience as compared to price which i paid and as compared to similar hotels. As they gave us good experience on the third day, they are getting 2 stars otherwise i would never give more than 1 star.

This hotel has very different kind of rooms where no rooms are same. They have excellent and polite staff. They respond to every thing fast and gives guidance on nearby places. Loved the place.
