White Hill Resort and Spa

Stayed for two nights. Rooms are spacious and fresh and clean with basic amenities and decent view from window and balcony. Hot water is from storage geyser gets you just enough hot water but not more if wish to take long hot showers. Food is decent, breakfast option are limited but good in taste. They can do better work here, most things in menu you ask will not be available. Have ample of parking. Location is slightly inside, call to the property as maps will not be able to help you to reach the exact place.

Poor service, hygiene and service. The receptionist was behaving like a local stay receptionist. In the room, no fresh water bottle only only ro water and that as well not clean which they didn't change even after multiple reminder. After demanding water bottle, we received it after 1:30hr. No face towel, bathroom towel was almost black. No ac, no fan, room was really hot. When enquire the reception they said, keep door and window temp will settle down. Parking issue, you would be either call up for moving car or u have to wait for others to move car to take your out. No one in parking to help you to do this adjustment. Breakfast time was 8-10am. After reaching at 08:30am, nothing was prepared. They start moving when we reach. Even when we order item(parathan) listed in menu. We got the response "tandoor abhi tanda hai. What kind of service and hotel is this.

i booked the place The rooms don't look like they are in the images. They booked us for a luxury room with a valley view but there was no valley view. instead there was a view full of garbage. When we asked them to change it they very rudely said that's what they have. The hotel staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I was on a 2 day vacation with my fiancé, checking out with so much dis satisfaction. Will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

The location was not gd. The rooms are ok. Didn't like the service staff. They don't treat you well and ask you to leave around 9 am which is pathetic. We tried to reach the number given to us. Bt no one picked. Which is annoying. You must be carrying your own luggage. Food was ok like just filling your stomach because there is no nearby market. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to manali.
