Bad location and bad behaviour

Easy to locate since it's placed quite prominently in old manali. Early check-in was available in our circumstance. Staff were cordial and considerate. Clean dorms and clean bathrooms as well. Budget friendly.

The 6 bed dorm was very small space with walls flaking, dirty sinks in the washroom, no hot water supply, frequent power cuts (no power backup). the common area is just as pathetic, no pool/foosball available, which is usually there in most hostels and is even provided in some of other Moustache locations. The dine-in option seems more like langar, since there is a lack of proper dining area. staff cares very little about customer satisfaction, i couldn't even find drinking water in night time, and staff is absent all through the night.

We enjoyed such a great stay in hostel with very good vibe.

It's a good place to stay for solo. Room were clean. Friendly staff. Smooth checkin. Location is great.

MOUSTACHE hostel is situated at the heart of old manali at a prime location easy to find. Had a comfortable stay. The dormitory rooms are good, clean, hygienic and spacious. The balcony view is an extra perk. The host, pawan is really helpful and friendly. A must try place if you want somewhere nice and affordable to stay in old manali.

Very beautiful place to stay for people looking for adventure people are so nice over them i made new friends while going this place i dont wanna leave

This is one of the best places to stay in old manali for short trips or stay while going or coming back from treks!

The hostel is at the prime location of manali and near hidimba temple and mall road. The hostel staff is very good and helpful l

The properties location although at the lower side of old manali is adequate and easily approachable with fun activities near-by. The kitchen was not working in the beginning due to low staff availablity but started working after a while. The hygiene of the property was very satisfying and the staff was friendly and informative.

They did not provide checkin on time. On asking multiple times they just said to wait, no reason given. The rooms were empty still we had to wait for an hour for the checkin. One person from the staff did not even have 'tameez' to talk to people. I am surprised how guests are able to put up with him. He is such a bad person, please take him out of the property as he is ruining the entire vibe of the hostel.

Just average hygine problem lobby is too much dirty

Location of hostel is very good. Staff is also super friendly.

The property is located at the prime location. All the cafes and nearest tourist spots are easily accessible. The view from the property is the best.
