The location of hotel is not good. The behaviour of the person sitting on reception of hotel was very rude. Rooms were stinky. We booked super delux room which they gave us on 3 rd floor. Being senior citizen we have climb through stairs. We requested him to adjust us on ground floor . But he refused

Poor service no lift till 3rd floor around 50 steps, Towel dirty foul smell in the room, Food quality is not good.

While our room was located on the second floor, which was slightly inconvenient, it did not take away from the overall positive experience. One of the best hotel in manali service 5/5 room 5/5 flooding 4/5 staff 5/5 room cleanliness 5/5 location 5/5 (very near with mallroad as well as hadimba temple) *lost and found* we were informed by the manager that one of our family has forgotten a watch in room after we had check out and when for tour, but finally they arrange the watch to reached us to collect from shop in our return from tour/adventure. Thank you i will surely visit again. If anyone is searching for room near mall road just go for it.

The room provided was fabulous as shown in the picture. Location was also pretty to access all areas of Manali. The staff was cooperative especially Krishna Uncle they provided us with hot drinking water. The food was awesome with tasty dishes. You can book your room without any hesitation, it is comfortable to live with family, couples etc.

Hospital management hospitality was good. Rooms also species, no bad smell. Bathrooms also maintained good. Very near to mall road & other local visiting places. They arranged local sight seeing cab also. Bud-jet friendly hotel.

The place was fine. A large room with two king size beds would be great. We were in a family where there were two rooms, one room had a tv and the other room had no tv.

We had a very pleasant experience during the stay. Rooms were neat and tidy and room service was also good. The hotel staffs were hospitable. The location of the hotel was at a walkable distance from Mall Road.

This is a good hotel with a free parking space and great hospitality experience. The mountain view from this hotel was amazing. The taste of food was great.
