Review Of New Sea Hawk Sea facing Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at New Sea Hawk Hotel, Puri. The location is excellent — right on the beach with a beautiful sea view from the rooms. The staff were courteous, prompt, and always ready to help, making the experience very comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was consistent throughout our stay. The food quality was great, especially the sea food and chinese items. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puri!

Hotel location is good. But rooms are very small toilets are shabby. They don't hv own restaurant . Restaurant account is separate. Everyday you hv to pay the bill of food. Cleanliness is average.

The check in was smooth and the food was good. but I was dissapointed as the room was very dirty and they even did not cleaned the room before our check in.

Bathroom needs to be renovated. Tiles and commode seat cover look old and very dirty. Mat in front of the bathroom and in the room are also very dirty.

The only positive side of this hotel is the location. other than that it is a terrible hotel to stay in puri. their staffs are highly unprofessional, mannerless. they don't know anything about hospitality. roooms are also disgusting, stains all over bedsheets, if you ask them to change the bedsheet, they will not. even the blankets are pathetic. all time there is a disgusting smell coming out of the bathroom. most of the lights are broken or not working. the restaurant 'song of the bengal' is also very unprofessional. they will add foods in the bill which you even did not eat. never ever visiting this hotel again.

The worst bathroom ever was a waste of money and housekeeping behaviour was awful. i wan take action against it

Everything is nice except the room. Food is good. Ambience is good. Location is very good. But four bedded room s interior is worst and also very small

If i talk about "product quality, hotel is very good. Room & amenities are absolutely value for money. Location is excellent. But the service & the staffs are terrible. I, being a general manager of a resort, was shocked to see the cold behaviour of the reception staffs. They don't smile. They hardly acknowledge your presence. You don't even feel like communicating with them. Housekeeping staffs have zero communication among-st themselves. On the third day of my stay 3 different individuals knocked my door for servicing. Someone or other will knock your door in regular intervals. I even got a knock by the service staff for dinner order. Come on guys, if at all i need to order there's a phone in the room for the same purpose. If you order food, they won't send the bill with the food. They will send it after 10 pm. So, you need to stay awake even if you have an early morning train. If i don't return to this hotel, that's solely because of its terrible staffs & service standards. When you're charging 4500- odd per night, you must practise some basic service standards. Hope the management takes this review as an area of improvement & rectify the errors just when i finished writing the review, another guy came knocking the door at 10:30 pm asking for tips. Absolute zero service standards & no training/ supervision spotted

For family trip it's really a good stay. Balcony view is wonderful. Hotel location is very good. Staff behavior is good.

Location was good, service was good but we booked a sea facing room in mmt but they didn't provide sea facing room. When we asked for sea facing room they said this entire hotel side sea facing but this is a lie. Taking money for a sea facing room providing side sea facing room is fraudulent. One k last thing they didn't maintain hygiene in the kitchen area use slippers. We fall ill.

Found this property on mmt. Pros - right opposite to swargadwar beach. So you can go to the beach anytime you like cons - food is terrible. Ordered veg fried rice they delivered rice with prawn and eggs staff openly asks for tips. Almost everyone expects 100 bucks and there are 20 of them. There isn't much cooperation from hotel staff as they don't care about the guests too much.

Hotel new sea hawk, puri location - 5/5 : excellent location. All rooms have sea view (side view. Just cross the road to access sea beach. Swargadwar and beach market is 5 mins walking. Restaurants and shops are all nearby. It’s hardly 10 mins from railway station (via auto rickshaw. Cleanliness & decor - 4/5 : the hotel is pretty clean and tidy. Rooms and washrooms are well maintained. The lawn and premises are well decorated. Room service & service hours - 2/5 : room service is good but there are blind hours. Post 10:30 am till 12 pm no food / snacks, not even tea / coffee. Post lunch till 6:30 pm restaurant is closed which is absurd. Food - 3/5 : the quality of food they serve is good but choice is limited. How can a hotel around sea beach not serve any boneless fish, neither for snacks or lunch/dinner. Half of the items on the menu is not available. So quality is good but choice is very limited. Cost - 4/5 : the room tariff is good as per the location and the facilities. For people coming with their own car, there is parking space too. Food is also decently priced. The hotel also has its own travel desk for sight seeing and their own panda to help you with puja / darshan. Overall rating - 3/5 (i would prefer to stay there again only for its connectivity and position.

Pros: hotel location is just 250m+ from swargadwar chaitanya statue. Sea view from hotel room just amazing! staff behaviour is very good and helpful. Restaurant food quality is just average. Cons: hand wash not available in the washroom. Toilette kit should be available.
