Hotal new natraj bhot achi jagha h rukne k liye rooms are near and clean and very coperative staff and it's location is very good on main bus stand katra 24 into 7 buses taxi and local transport available just outside the hotal

Worst and terrible room will not refer to anyone .lights not working tv not working toilet seat broken what more can I say towels provided are bad .dust on bed hairs lying on floor. should reimburse the whole amount to me.

होटल मे नॉर्मल रूम था ऐसा कुछ खाश तो नही था हा कुछ कमियाँ थी जैसे कंबल गंदा था थोड़ा स्टाफ का बिहेव एक दो बन्दे का हि ठीक था रूम का डोर् लोक काम चलाओ था कहने का मतलब ये ह के हमारी तरफ से 2 स्टार ह कुछ खास नही ह जिस तरह का होटल ह ऐसी सर्विस नही ह एवरेज ह बस

Very good hotel ! now this time ! i came every year katra ! bt this time is very good condition and staff is very cooperative !

First of all its new natraj hotel not natraj as reflected. Both hotel natraj and new natraj are situated at same place with distance of some meters. A lot of confusion created at the place. No sanitation in the rooms, bedding was very bad condition. Water supply not proper. Staff was unaware d of booking

The room was unclean and I mean unclean. Under the bed there were used bottles, wrappers and food items. I asked for water multiple times and it was not delivered. The door lock was faulty. The geyser was rusty. There was a big black gutter rat in the room. I ignored it for a few times and put all my stuff, including shoes, on the sofa; but when that rat crawled up the bed I had had it. There was a power cut with no backup. The air-conditioner was ineffective. Bed bugs. The staff was dopey and rude.
