Once you collect money you should give good room but you gave worst room No drinking water No break fast No TV No towel No soap Like lodge You collected 2500 water th GST I did expect this type of service from make my trip

Nice Stay
The location is good for us and overall experience is nice.There was some power shut down during our stay which make some difficulties. Staff behaviour was so good and appreciated. The room is spacious and clean even there is slight improvement is needed in air conditioning and washroom fittings.

My stay at metro residency in chennai was okay overall. The accommodation was decent, and the basic amenities except free water provided. However, there’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service. It’s a reasonable choice for a short stay if you’re not expecting anything fancy.
