We booked with including breakfast. We were stayed 3 night and days but very morning same menu in b'fast. Room are spaces and clean, bathroom als. Last night we requested for water as per room service. My wife go to desk tell recipient last one hour we were calling and saying for water. Suddenly he angry behave very rudely told to my wife go can't u buy 20 rupees bottles. If you don't like right i giving you return money and checkout at the night time. " bola aapke review ke kuch farak nahi padta, may be makemytrip showing 4. 2 star but as per my expiranced it's 3star hotel.

businessThe stay was good. Location is good and close to railway station and-main market. Neat room and good washrooms. Standard room is a bit smaller than expected. Main problem in the property is that there is no power backup. Power went off at 4 am on the day of chekout and hotel staff failed to provide backup power and it was horrible sitution.

businessWell, the room and washroom were neat and clean, but the service was not good good as the keys were not working and they were not ready to provide the other room even when the hotel was mostly empty, we had to call every time we enter the hotel for the master key to unlock the room.

Dear sir, greetings from hotel neelkamal, ajmer! as per the details above you booked a standard room after checked all the rooms type in the morning its our courtesy that we upgrade the room to super dlx. Room during the peek season after taking only rs. 600 per night. In the details we clear y mentioned we provide only extra mattress in the room not the bed. If you booked a standard room all the details are there on the portal like what is the size of the room etc and you come to hotel in the morning we show all the category before you make the room booking and after making the booking you come with your guest and told us kindly provide the super deluxe room becaise i booked the wrongly statand room catagery please upgrade us without charges. For the future booking kindly check before which category you are going to book. Thanks & regards

Location was very close to all places, room is good and having all facilities like smart lock, central ac. Nice stay and economically.
