Value for money deal lovely property beautyfull hotel humble staff

They misguide guests, since they have two buildings in same property. i booked on spot on Nanki palace last month where cheaper and room was not clean, smelly, no drinking water was gievn, no geaser, no soap to even wash hands, no necessary bathing essential. so this month I booked thier other property "Grand Nanki Palace" which has higher tariff then the previous one. but this time also they gave me room in building which was registered earlier as spot on Nanki palace again dirty room, no drinking water, no soap, no bathing essential. When I complained about this they tried to justify themselves anyhow. People spend their hard earned money and they have every right to spend it on the right thing. Mere uploading 30-40 pics together doesn't make it justified you can given user anything. misleading pictures is quite common in these kind of small hotels and I have stayed in many hotels from Country Inn, sahibabad,Delhi to a small guest house in a small twom Degana, Nagaur. I know what I booked. but hotel staff staff kept on proving me a fool. this was the worst stay. users plz choose another hotel in Ajmer since in this rate you'll get a proper hotel, because this property was more like a Dharmshala which charges you way higher. so both my stays on this property on cheaper and higher prices were same. very bad

Let me tell you in detail. This hotel was having two properties with "Grand Nanki Palace" and "Spot on Nanki Palace". Where Spot on Nanki palace was cheaper. I booked Spot on Nanki palace last month and the rooms were so bad, it was smell all over, dust on bed and room, no geaser, no necessarily bathing items, drinking water was given nor any water cooler was there, no soap to even wash hands after toilet was provided. So this time I booed "Grand Nanki palace" which was almost double of the tariff of Spot on Nanki palace. So now this time also they gave me the same room in the backside property. And after I argues they gave a room with geaser, but rest was same, unhygienic room, no water to drink, no soap, staff was also rude. If they put 40-50 photos of the entire property with various rooms, how the guest will know what he is getting. What am I trying to say that in this rate there are hotels in ajmer who are proper "hotels" with incredible experience. Rather this Nanki thing is more like a "Dharmshala" who charges way more higher than a real dharmshala. I have stayed in many hotels from Country Inn Sahibabad, delhi to a small guest house in a small town Degana, nagaur. This was the worst experience.

Staff behavior not good room not clean, very old property, shower not working flush not work very bad experience

Nice ambience. But service was not upto the mark so. So. What i hv booked when i reached there can't matched the sequence.

Room is not properly clean, cigarette and tobacco in bathroom. No shower in bathroom. Door was also not properly fit. At morning lift was not working.

This hotel is total rooms are totally different as shown in the picture and the atmosphere of the hotel is not for family and couple thanks to the staff and manager my trip was ruined completely.

Have visited ajmer for business visit, stayed at hotel as it was near to mayo school. Grand nakki has 2 blocks one for delux and other premium room as they say, delux are below average with respect to cleaniness. Premium is basically rooms in block 1 but oped building missing the basic features like intercom in the room. Need to move to call for service, no remote for ac and tv.

I have seen a good place at mm t also seen the web of budget pricing but it became nightmare after reaching. Overall, property was beautiful with good swimming pool but don't book deluxe room as it is not for family. Those rooms are for couples who use them on hourly basis. Bedsheets and pillow covers was filthy.

We had to wait for atleast 1 and half hou before they gave us the room. Toilet was leaking everywhere. Room had a weird smell. The corridor was really dard. It looked like a horror place which we see in a movie

No wifi faculty available, no outside food allowed

I stayed there for 1 night with family, first thing electric sockets not working properly, one might get shocked from electric outlets. Secondly, rooms are not clean there are cockroaches in bathroom, spiders as-well, geyser was in bad condition not in working condition. At last, tv was broken so as telephone. Never book this hotel at any cost. Bad experience.

Food quality was good, but service is very slow and irritating. For room service you must call minimum three times. No door mat available and shower and flush is not working properly.
