The room was clean facility was good overall good experience

The rooms were not clean, and staying in container rooms made it uncomfortably hot—not due to the weather, but because of poor ventilation. There were many mosquitoes, and getting drinking water was a challenge. While the lady in charge was kind and cooperative, we felt constantly monitored and questioned, which was uncomfortable. Apart from the plants, there wasn't much of interest at the place.

The caretaker / owner of the property was very kind and his hospitality was good. The rooms and facilities like the bathroom were average.

Room location is very good 4-5 min walking from ferry, room size is small but not problematic for 1 night stay, over all it is very good for low budget stay but too much mosquitoes.

Rooms very tiny. No space. No hot water even. Bed sheets really dirty and has dead insect stains. Cockroaches coming to bed. The owner was very good and helpful.

I was searching for a home stay or hotel near punnamada lake(finishing point of nehru trophy boat race) and got this in good/affordable price. It was found to be an excellent location where we can go to many tourist places and amenities like punnamada lake, house boats, shikara boats, muhamma boat jetty, kumarakom, etc. Temples, churches, mosques nearby as well. Ksrtc bus stand is walkable distance away. Alleppey beach and railway station are also nearby(private buses are available with ease. You can get veg/non veg foods easily(walkable or auto.

Excellent person. We reached the property at 1. 30am but the owner of the property was awake and help us to have a comfortable check in and stay

The location was excellent. The rooms shown in the advertisement don't have any resemblance. The rooms are very congested and very tiny rooms. The owner didn't provide any facilities like toiletries, drinking water, or additional pillows. The experience inside the hotel is not good and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel is walkable to the end jetty point that's the only advantage. The owner mr. Venue gives a nice suggestion of the places to visit.
