Bed was good, location was on walking distance to beach, Property Dont have direct direct access from road, so luggage has to hand carry. Owner is very helpful. We dint had breakfast as we have to leave early, however owner has made green tea for us which was nice.

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience less than ideal. Firstly, the AC in one of the rooms did not function properly, which made the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during warm nights. Additionally, the water flow in the bathroom was very slow, making it inconvenient for basic use. The bedding was another concern—the bedsheet felt more like a bed cover rather than a proper bedsheet, which impacted comfort. Moreover, another room was provided with only one bedsheet, which was insufficient for a comfortable stay. One of the most significant drawbacks was the accessibility of the homestay. It is not reachable by car, and navigating to the location at night can be quite challenging, making it difficult for first-time visitors. Overall, while the hotel may have some potential, the mentioned issues need immediate attention to enhance the guest experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future visitors.

this stay was very good and had a homely feeling, plus it was a beach side villa. their hospitality was amazing and we enjoyed alot there.

Excellent stay and good atmosphere

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was limited options but delicious. Only soap was provided. By providing shampoo, shower gel they can improve. Parking was shared & walkable. But away from property. Hospitality was awesome.

Excellent stay at johns villa, value for money. Beach is just walkable distance. A very clean beach. Overall good experience.

The property is full of plants and beautiful. It's walkable distance to the beach however the beach is not visible from the property. The complimentary breakfast was home made and we had a pleasant stay. A/cand hot water was good. The only drawback is the availability of food. There is no lunch and dinner and being a vegetarian we had to travel 5km away. The restaurant on the beach is horrible and better avoid eating at beach restaurant. The hosta were very nice and helpful. About the beach: the big disappointment was the beach, the locals living in the beach doesn't care about the cleanliness and open defecation is very common on the beach in the early morning. We lost interest in swimming by seeing the same. Although beach looks cleaner from a distance, its not in reality.
