Very nice stay to enjoy with your family and friends
It felt like I entered a house like its a dream house full of colours, ambiance, aesthetics, etc. I want to visit Alleppey just to stay here. Anyone coming for chilling and working, can stay here. There’s a nearby restaurant named Amritsari Express that is only 50 m away from stay, where you can have your breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Lovely place, Great Host!!
We stayed as a group with my wife and I, along with our friend’s family including his wife and daughter. We absolutely loved the ambience of the space, especially the beautifully designed living area with its thoughtful aesthetics. It felt warm, comfortable, and very safe. While the bedrooms could have been slightly more spacious, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay. A special shout-out to Jerina, our wonderful host. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we had a happy and comfortable time. We’d love to return and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. worst experience ever
Don’t get trapped in the so called ratings of this property. No reception no staff no housekeeping no room service. Owner doesn’t live here running hostel full of rules like no footwares allowed, no music, no outside food, etc. this is my worst property experience

Dear Vieshesh, thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests — this is a homestay, not a hotel, so things like 24/7 reception or butler service aren’t part of what we offer. We did provide housekeeping, changed linens and towels, and did our best to support your requests — including offering a very late checkout. We’ve set a few simple house rules to help maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, like not using outdoor footwear indoors and avoiding food in rooms to prevent stains on linens. Despite reminders, some of these rules were not followed. You also played loud music during your stay, and we politely requested you to reduce the volume for the comfort of other guests. Additionally, calling staff at 11 PM to clean up food left in the room, then later complaining about the service, didn’t seem entirely fair. Just a note: It was a bit surprising that you chose to extend your stay given the concerns you raised — we took that as a sign you were fairly comfortable overall. We always try to create a warm, hygienic, and respectful space, and we hope future guests come with the same understanding.

The whole experience was awesome and mesmerizing, nice stay,will be staying again for my next trip.

Excellent Stay
We had a fantastic stay at Pine Beach House. it's unbelievably beautiful holiday home at Alleppey, with beach views from balcony and attic. Loved the bohemian ambience and the house was quite clean. The host was responsive and helped a lot for sight seeing and houseboat tour. The price you pay more than it deserves. Highly recommended!
