I didn't used the stay. They told they will not accommodate at mid night. We reached there at 2am ist. I want refund. Thank you

The main thing happened is we have booked a budget room but they dont have a budget room that’s not filled, they have given us ac room and charged extra and the hotel doesn’t have wifi geaser but talking about ambience it is good

Really it was a bad experience, no any facility for family trip. Just like a lodge they are providing a room. That's all. It is requesting to make my trip, please consider to avoid such a resorts

Property is located 10 minutes walking distance from beach. As the name suggest it gives heritage vibes. On cleanliness front, pest control need to be done(cockroaches seen in bathroom) otherwise clean rooms. Overall value for money experience.

The ambience was so nice, especially during night. Dining in the garden gaves us good vibe. Helps to provide a resort like atmosphere in a small budget.

I want 50% refund available from mm t because as mentioned in basic amenities - no parking available, no hot water in room, no food available and even no water bottle. Hotel staff was such rude that he didn't allow the park car infront of hotel and owner was having attitude as she told they don't provide hot water and adjust from another room. Worst stay in my kerala tour. Mmt request you to remove this homestay from your list and dint disappoint tourists.

Awesome to stay with family or friends for long duration, very near to beach. Friendly staff behavior very supportive

A must stay for those love nostalgia amd old architecture. Parking is moderate though.

room was totally awesome... professional staffs... place was very nice and clean especially..they way the care the guests are just awesome ❤️. rooms are totally awesome... place to enjoy and relax ur mind.... totally awesome ❤️

Stay and host were very good but had a curfew 10. 30pm so a little bit disappointed. Bathroom shower was not working n drainage has problems. Rest was fine, good vibe and very much peaceful environment

I like the ambiance of this place and the care taker dealing. I reach the location early and the care take was ready to give room before checking time without any extra cost. They suggested few famous restaurant in nearby places for us to explore.

We liked the ambience while we browsed the pictures in the app. The host team was great and helpful whenever required. Rooms were great, bathrooms were a bit small (but you are not at your home. The dining area was great. We tried food from a nearby food joint which were great as well. The house and surroundings are mostly kept in its originality and loved it. Might be a very very old house but the team has maintained it well.

No hot water available. No cleaning of rooms regularly. In fact there was no water in the middle of showers. There was no staff to help when needed. Food was limited.

Couple handling homestay specially the auntie she is very courteous and hospitable in nature. Ambience is great. It's a theme-based homestay. Great for friends and couples. They have a restaurant as well the homestay great for non-veg. There is one veg restaurant also nearby. It is located at 1.5 km from the beach and not very far from the backwaters and market also. Tea served was amazing. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was cleanliness which was average. Overall it was a good stay.

Pathetic service. Owner misbehave with ladies. I would advise do not opt this for stay.

I reached the hotel around 1.30 am and they were very helpful and caring. The rooms are spacious and the location is good. The hotel also provided me boating facility and the owner and staff were very friendly the interiors are unique and you can feel at home.
