The location is great, close to Santa Cruz Metro station and also to Santa Cruz suburban station, slightly far but easily accessible through a skywalk. Clean beds clean, uncramped common spaces and a friendly vibe. Minimal but good breakfast is included. Small sunlit open common space for drying clothes doubles up as a smoking lounge. Focus lamps for individual bunk bed would be a good addition. The service versus charge doesn't match. I have been staying there for half day in a private room, charges are similar to a 3-4 star hotel but amenities are NONE. They don't even provide basic dental kit for a person to start his/her day. They charged me extra for the dental kit.. If they can't provide they can just reduce room charges so that expectations are less. In bathroom I had fix show water holes before I took bath, else water was falling like one drop at a time. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

The place is clean and staff is helpful. Looks big in the picture but place is small and cozy.

The hostel is very good and there service is also top class. You will get a college type hostel vibe there and other people are very friendly and approachable. Should recommend for stay.

the rooms and bathroom were clean and breakfast was given on time. the caretakers were very understanding and services were provided real quick. the location of the hostel is perfect too with only hundred metres away from local train and metro station which made commute to other stations and airport real nice too.

Cleanness is what this hostel provides the most. Clean washrooms and clean bunk beds. The food options are less but as it’s a hostel, it was decent options. Food was good and reasonable. Location is good to locate. It’s over all a good hostel. It’s one of my favourite hostel. I stay here often 🤌🏻

Really good friendly staff & bathrooms are well maintained

It was a very comfortable and affordable stay and it was my 1st time staying in the dormitory. Everyone was so humble and helped nature. complimentary breakfast was so 😋 tasty. cleanliness of all floor and prompt response by service providers. would love to visit there again.
