they were not aware of my booking, when visited . I booked 3 beds room, but any how provided a 2 beds room of small size.no water supply in wash basin and no water tape near by EWC. no bucket, no water supply next day in morning when complained, no response.and caretaker approached to assault. no break fast, even agreed to supply,
Located in remote area, having no conveyance and fooding facility nearby.

Hello sir, I just joined today after availing leave for a few days last month. Confusion arise in the booking due to communication gap which I deeply regret and apologise for this lapse. As regard the misunderstanding with the care taker, I have sought an explanation from hik and he has admitted his fault and deeply regret for his behaviour and requested and excused this time and promised not to repeat this time in future. On the part of the management we will take steps to improve the services to the best of our ability and to the satisfaction of our guest, Thank you
