The Thekkady trip with my family at the property was not good. The host was friendly and cooperative, staffs were mannered. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing but the facilities were not up to the mark. The rooms should have ventilated but they're not and the charging points were not working as well. The Maintainance should have improved. Only the location was good nearby all the attractions.

Excellent place to stay. Very pleasant behavior of the host. Homely food. Easy access to Thekkady boating. A highly preferable spot at kumily, Thekkady.
