Rooms and services r okey. Linen were changed on 4th day. Approach to our rom were slippery Food quality to be improved

Food, location & facilities is so good. People's are also helpful.

Non Ac room were not well maintained. Restaurant was ok ok, not very hygienic. The newer rooms were better then the older ones.

I upgraded mu room from Executive Cottage to Premium Cottege. The Cottege was neatly clean. Enough spaces positive vibes. Awesome Stay Experience

Unforgettable experience in the lap of nature

The stay was good mainly the surrounding area around the rooms. Food was also great with nice location.

The rooms are not maintained and in very bad shape. The bathroom was looking even after telling to the reception they did not resolve the problem. There is no Wi-Fi facility available considering the network is poor then we should provide the same. No chest covered in the room. So many of the basic things are not available. Surrounding cleaner is good but over all the property needs to be maintained let it be for the room or the garden area..

The property location is amazing there are lots of plants outside and greenary. We had complementary breakfast there that was ok only, very less options were there in the breakfast. Amenities were not upto the mark. it is mentioned that electric kettle is there, but actually it was not provided. even on the name of tolatories they only provided soap there even toilet peper were not there. they should improve the maintenance as well of the room. ply was getting out from the bed, rooms wall colour was faded. so the vibe of the room was not good according to the price we paid.

I recently stayed at the AC Garden View cottage at MTDC Karla, and it was a refreshing experience overall. It’s easily accessible and ideal for those looking to relax and unwind. ✅ Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Full marks for cleanliness and basic upkeep — it truly enhanced the comfort of our stay. ✅ Ambience & Atmosphere: The garden view and natural surroundings created a serene vibe. We really enjoyed sitting outside, breathing in the fresh air, and spending quality time with family. ➖ Food: The only downside was the food — it was average in taste and lacked variety. There’s definitely room for improvement in the dining experience. ✅ Amenities & Services: Basic amenities were provided and the staff was polite and cooperative. While the services weren’t overly , they were sufficient for a pleasant stay. ⭐ Final Verdict: If you're looking for a peaceful family retreat close to nature, MTDC Karla is a great choice. Just don’t set high expectations from the food, and you’re bound to have a relaxing experience.

Very Good and relaxing. Staff does their Best in available resources. Govt ignoring maintainance of this huge property.

I had a medical emergency and needed to cancel the booking urgently. however the MTDC staff at ****** were on holiday over the weekend and so they were unreachable on phone or text or email. my booking was wasted and 600 plus rupees went down the drain. it was an absolutely shame. a complete rip off and a complete daylight robbery. I WILL NEVER book any more tickets or rooms with MMT. This was just the WORST SERVICE EVER

All things are best! Happy with Mtdc ! Staff also helping nature! Side seen also best amanities. Rooms also clean

Property is good, but for your knowledge geyser water was all mix up with soil mud, may be due to long time not used

mtdc karla resort is very good nature resort. independent bungalows, surrounded by gardens & on the banks of indrayani river make the holiday unforgettable. it’s very near the highway but very quiet surrounding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing property, forest vibes, friendly people!

Dear sir/madam We had booked special executive cottage Ac at mtdc Karla Maharashtra We were 4 people . We booked two room and single room showed one bed and 2 occupancy. We had our kids with us. In resort we saw there were two bedrooms in a cottage and big enough to accommodate family and 4 people occupancy We paid, instead we could have managed moreover our kids were moved to nearby cottages far which caused lot of inconvenience for us That was so unprofessional. You did not take pain to confirm about rooms. They couldn’t help us with refund. So kindly see to it. We would love if you refund our money of extra one room. Regards Shibu Paulose
