Terrible Stay
Naag Villa *Terrible…. do not book this villa* It has total of 12 villas within 12 Oaks The villa is 5 Bhk and while from outside it may look all fine Out of 6 bathrooms 3 weren't working properly Top Terrace bathroom door doesn’t lock - No hot water and too small Top Terrace room is not maintained well Bathroom on 1st Floor had a commode issue. Bathroom on ground floor in master bedroom stopped water suddenly after one use. Food was charged at 1700 pp by the villa and was not tasty at all and was salty inspite of telling the chef We were supposed to be served lunch at 2 but cook started making food at 1.40 as they were not correctly of the villa number where they had to make food. Swimming pool after one use by evening was in a mess. Next day Sunday morning, Light kept switching off. And numerous tries to get it back on failed Staff at the villa was good but we could see that they were under tremendous pressure. Poor guys. Host overall wasn’t very co-operating. He said we only give GST bill, no bill was given to us.
