Very poor house keeping and cleanliness not maintain. Not worthy to the price we have paid. They should do self audit regarding overall cleaning and house keeping and improve upon

The stay was pretty average. Through out the stay the washroom was stinking due to which we couldn’t use that room. After we checked in there were sanitary napkins in the dustbin which clearly shows that the rooms were not cleaned properly . Pool was dirty. Poor housekeeping service, had to tell the maid to clean the other rooms as she just wanted to escape after doing the dishes and living room. Dirty curtains, spider webs in the room, chair kept near the pool area were all dusty, hair in the bathtub and sync, used razor left in the bath. Not worth the price. The living room window had no lock. No toiletries were provided. Towels were stinking. Bed sheets pillow covers were not changed. Over all it was pathetic stay

Unclean property. Bathrooms were horrible. Bedsheets were not clean at all. Pool was unclean. Overall not a very maintained property.

There is no caretaker, tv n electronics r not working. Smell in rooms no room freshener available

The stay was excellent

Everything was good apart from the swimming pool. It was not clean

Pool was not clean, rest of all rooms were properly cleaned, location was amazing, there is no restaurant within the whole society but we can find food in 3km range, no blinkit, no online delivery was available, so we have to for ordering food but overall the wibe and all was very good and was an amazing experience

Nice small villa, perfect for a small family of 6-8 individuals to enjoy the private pool and some peaceful time off. It’s within a gated community and has a pool and ice hockey table on separate charges.

Great experience. Clean and well maintained villa with private pool. Caretaker sachin is available for any help within minutes.

Property is averagely maintained. Property looks quite old water seepage in multiple places and swimming pool fountain doesn't work. Caretaker just showed her face then vanished water floods in through the main door and there is no mob to clean it. Not enough door mats compared to no of doors. Old towels and bedsheets. Low quality blankets. Kitchen is not at all well maintained. Unclean utensils and cleaning clothes stinks. Food from the cloud kitchen too is not that good. All in all its a property that should be charged 10-12k not 39k including taxes

Best location, super clean, very comfortable hotel. The approach to the hotel is somewhat troublesome but the service provided by the care taker bhagwan and his team is extraordinary and better than any commercial stay facility. A must visit for those who want to go on a staycation to lonavala. 5

The stay was really amazing and the service was also good. They give you a caretaker for cleaning and running errands if you need. A common kitchen (limited options) was also there and you can order food from there. Food was also good. You can order via other delivery options. Great environment for family, and couples.

Found it on air bnb and makemytrip, booked it on makemytrip. Villa was super clean with all amenities, pool was clean and enjoyed. Limited food menu available but we went out for dinner. Overall experience was good.

I have never stayed in such a well maintained, clean, beautiful villa ever. One of the best places in town to be honest. The caretaker was like a genie. You will get whatever you need. Perfect place for a couple to be with a absolutely amazing private pool. The location is very near to the market as well. I am definitely looking forward to be here again as soon as possible.
