4 bedrooms with 4 private pools because of leakages
Leakages from terrace and elevator shaft during rains caused water to accumulate in every single room, living room, stairs & kitchen area during the night. When i spoke with the manager he said that he can’t do anything and the housekeeper was also not responding to my call. Most of the luggage was spoilt due to bags getting wet. There was a power cut and power backup was only available for the first floor. I do not recommend to visit this property if rainfall is expected unless you want to have a Venice experience.
