Nice and peaceful stay,supporting staff,no problem at all, excellent resort,food was good,hospitality was awesome,good location.

The location is good easily accessible. No welcome drinks were provided. Dj night was namesake, during dinner the dj music was played in backend. Mimicry was a stupid show.

Staff is helpful and cooperative. Food was good. Not too spicy nor too bland. Although spread was limited. Facilities were good like games room, swimming pool etc. They have arranged lot of activities like Magic show, Karaoke with DJ Ramona, Dance night with Jr Govinda, DJ night etc. All activities were good and we enjoyed thoroughly. Only problem was the rooms. Rooms were is bad condition may be due to old age or upkeep. Some issues I face in the room are 1. Very small size 2. Windows without grills and window panes with broken locks 3. AC (It was a window ac and not split AC) not working 4. Bed linen not up to the mark. 5. Toilet Flush was not working. It was fixed after we complained 6. No electric point for kettle or mobile charging near bed 7. No night lamp Compared to the rates we paid it was a poor experience.

Overall experience is average , room size , extra bed support is not provided , smell in the room . Was potential issues. Food is good .

Location is good. Food option is ok. Amenities are good considering list of activities they try to engage everyone. Room was not great. Power plugs were not working. They corrected it after working 2-3 hrs. That too after following with them multiple times. No gyzer hot water. No TV in rooms. Bad odour smell coming from batgroom while playing Table tennis. Overall it is average property. Not upto discover brands which we have in Karjat or other location.

Property was not clean & also unhinged , there were lots of baby cockroach & bathroom was pathetic not cleaned at all , I has to call them and ask them to clean it

Good stay. Out of 3 rooms, 1 room had issues like non-working AC and bad smell. We have informed the hotel people to look into it and do the needful.

The property was very nice and clean, very well maintained.Food was also very nice and their staff is very cooperative, you might not find few things in the room like toiletries or something but the staff will help you get it all.Perfect place to enjoy the property as well as the city, you will find lots of things nearby.

Firstly rooms are Spacious but there is possibility to improve the ambience of the rooms. Food variety is good and taste is also good, I can recommend 8/10 for the food quality. Amenities are limited so Children's may get board due to lack of playful option but if you are going for spending quality time with your partner then this place is good. Location is well located in lonavala so can reach to near by tourists points.

The property is located in a good area, which is a plus. The food is average and could be better. Amenities need significant improvement, and the housekeeping is extremely poor. There were plenty of cockroaches in the room, which is unacceptable. Overall, the maintenance of the entire property is very poor and disappointing.

Worts experience, room allocated in unoccupied building, No basic item like phone, glass, dental kit available , no one pick call from room service , windows not having stoppers
