Poor Stay
Room was not clean. No tissue papers in toilet. Towels were not available. Breakfast was ok. Tea quality was good

The bathrooms were not very clean, bedsheets were stained, the pool was closed because of the rains, they didn't accept cards for payment stating technical issues.

Review
Myself and my husband checked in at lions den on 20th march. We have been staying here on our vacations here for past many years. We checked in here after a gap of 8 years. We were surprised to find that their management has changed and so has the property. The worst thing was there was renovation going on and we couldn't rest well all day with the noise of drill machines and carpentry work. The room which we were allotted was an very ordinary, though they said it's delux. The restrooms had basins taps and toilets which were ill maintained

Average Stay
Any food order is taking very high time and the area located very far away from the city and even for auto we need to walk at-least 800mtrs. Hotel staff behaviour is very good.

Good Stay
The hotel was good, staff was nice, at first the room given had many problems but was replaced soon on being informed to the staff. The staff was polite, food was good.

Not worth the money
Hotel is away from main market will not get public transport. Old construction and room terr-if is very high not worth the money.

Utterly disappointed
coupleDirty, stinky not clean. Very bad service. Intercoms were also not working cobwebs in room. For basic room cleanup had to go to reception multiple times. Disappointed with the service.

Bad rooms and washrooms
Bad rooms and washrooms. Furniture is very old and not cleaned properly. It was not a hotel, more like a dharamshala

Lions den review
Hotel room was good, but not as clean as last time when we visited, they had promised for table and chairs which were available last time but in this room were missing. There was a power cut at midnight but they didn't start the generator until morning. Food was good.

The bedrooms were dirty the light in the room was not working the bathroom was unhygienic the room was not clean overall, it was my mistake that i booked this hotel

Slow service
Hotel service was very slow even hotel is not aware booking was confirmed with breakfast bathroom was not clean even tv was not working

Not recommended
Cons- very bad road condition from main road to the hotel. It's not maintained properly. Not worth for the price you paid. Pros- room was spacious.

Terrible stay. Avoid this place
coupleGood things first: room was neat clean and bathrooms too the staff was polite and nice. Bad things: too much expensive. Hot water was not working 1st day took a day to fix this. No wifi available though showed available. The food was okay. The worst part is the hotel is quiet inside and you need a vehicle to travel here. At night at 2 am, someone banged our door and ran away when we called reception they told they had no clue. So, couples or girls beware before you book. What is not acceptable is i paid per night for all the above negatives. Max it should have been. Please please please avoid.

Poor experience
businessWe stayed for a single night, but it wasn't a good experience. 1. No hot water, hand shower not working. 2. Very small, untidy room & extremely overpriced.
