There were bedbugs in one of the room given to us..we woke up middle of night around 1 am was shifted to 2nd floor and there was no lift...new room was also in terrible condition with ac not working...we were told that there is no room available...we had spent sleepless night as fear of bedbugs haunted us...it was terrible room expense was very terrible by primary support a lot

Myself and my husband checked in at lions den on 20th march. We have been staying here on our vacations here for past many years. We checked in here after a gap of 8 years. We were surprised to find that their management has changed and so has the property. The worst thing was there was renovation going on and we couldn't rest well all day with the noise of drill machines and carpentry work. The room which we were allotted was an very ordinary, though they said it's delux. The restrooms had basins taps and toilets which were ill maintained

Any food order is taking very high time and the area located very far away from the city and even for auto we need to walk at-least 800mtrs. Hotel staff behaviour is very good.

The hotel was good, staff was nice, at first the room given had many problems but was replaced soon on being informed to the staff. The staff was polite, food was good.

Hotel is away from main market will not get public transport. Old construction and room terr-if is very high not worth the money.

Hotel room was good, but not as clean as last time when we visited, they had promised for table and chairs which were available last time but in this room were missing. There was a power cut at midnight but they didn't start the generator until morning. Food was good.
