No food, no cleanliness, attitude rich staff, no intercom working, no soap no water only WiFi complimentary that too slow

Basic information - I booked 2 AC delux rooms for 4 guests, 1 night stay. Now Lets get bad things out of the way. I arrived at the property at 2pm well after my checkin time but the second room was not yet clean. I was given the key to the first room. The bedsheets and duvet in the 1st room were dirty. I informed the staff about it and they replaced it with clean ones. Now the good points 1) New construction with good design. 2) Good view 3) Rooms are spaceious with big windows which make them feel bright and airy. The fit and finish of furniture was good. The bathroom/ toilet were clean and with good design and new fittings. 4) There is hot water available 24 hours with a press of button which is excellent. 5) Staff (Name-Aditya) - Cooperative staff and helpful. 6) Good wifi speed. Conclusion- Cannot complain for the price. Will recommend to other.

This is a good hotel at an affordable rate and it is in a quiet place and not too far away and the hotel staff is also good, it was very nice to stay here

The view from the stay was awesome. It felt like heaven. Away from the city and a chill beautiful place. Cleanliness is maintained. The only thing is they don't have inhouse food. And we had to order it from outside which was quite expensive.

Make my trip make easy to arrange my trip. It is very easy to find and compare with other hotels and choose pocket friendly hotel . VEDICA GARDEN is nice option for stay. Their staff are humble and cooperative. Room are clean and nice. it is well connected to many tourist places. food not available in VEDICA GARDEN, but you can order your food by using other platforms.

A very poor experience because there is not provided water bottle or a tissue in a room or not available warm water in bathroom and light going upto every 15 minutes or there no canteen in the hotel

The hotel is situated in perfect location the ambiance of the room and the view out from the window is just heavenly best🫠🤌🏻food was also good at there , service nd everything is good🤌🏻

The room is very hygienic, TV can be better even though it is pretty new. Room service is on time.

It's a beautiful property but we were the only guests in the hotel. There is no restaurant and you have to walk to the next property to have food. There are only 3 men who take care of the place and are just not interested in their job. We were not expecting any great service but we were also not expecting the staff to be nonchalant and indifferent to any of our queries. overall a bad experience.
