I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. While the property itself had potential, the management completely ruined the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was suffering from a serious lack of organization. Our check-in was delayed by over an hour because our room “wasn’t ready” – despite it being well past the check-in time. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, and there was no apology or compensation offered. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. On one occasion, our room wasn’t cleaned at all, and when we called the front desk to ask about it, they acted as though it was our fault for not requesting it – something that should be standard service. We also encountered issues with basic amenities: no towels, empty soap dispensers, and a broken air conditioner that took days to be fixed after repeated complaints. Communication between staff members was chaotic. We were given contradictory information about hotel services multiple times, and requests were frequently forgotten or ignored. It felt like no one was in charge or cared about guest satisfaction. Overall, this hotel needs a complete overhaul of its management team. The lack of leadership, poor training, and apparent disregard for guests turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful experience. I won’t be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

they not informed us about the restriction 1. swimming pool closed after 9 pm 2. no drinking and smoking allowed outside the room 3. no speaker food quality is bad , and room service is not good ... swimming pool is very small .. And rules and regulations. They are like students in a school. me and all my friends are very disappointed with this booking.

Overall experience was good but food quality and price of food were worst.

It was nice property to travel with family, Nice swimming pool, property location was extremely Good and Easy to Rich from Highway , Care taker also Helpful, It was nice property to stay with family for 3-4days

When i visited the washroom was not clean rooms were not up to the mark service was worst even light cut off for 3 hours in night no proper facilities my experience was the worst hotel too much mosquito as well swimming pool was not clean

Had a wonderful time at Siddhi Holiday! The villa was neat, well-furnished, and perfect for a relaxed getaway. The swimming pool was the highlight – clean, well-kept, and ideal for both kids and adults to enjoy. It really added to the overall vibe of the place. The staff was polite and made sure we were comfortable. Great location too – peaceful, yet not far from tourist spots. A few small improvements could be made in room service speed, but overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for families or groups!

Food was good Stay was okay Owner was worst as he banged crackles in the hotel premises even after his staff knowing that we had a girl child of 4 month old

My stay has been blissful! The staff is exceptionally helping and very supportive. They helped me out of an unpleasant situation which compelled me to check in late in the night . But how everyone here took charge of everything and made sure that we were comfortable and looked after well. Its the small things that matter in life ! Thank you siddhi hoilday Team! I went for a family trip and booked one big room. The room was quite ok but the bathrooms were so pathetic there was water leakage from the ceiling the toilet pot cover was broken the behaviour of the night staff was so rude. The cleaning staff was good and polite

It’s nice experience to stay in siddhi holiday those. Service. And environmental is also good.
