I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. While the property itself had potential, the management completely ruined the experience.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was suffering from a serious lack of organization. Our check-in was delayed by over an hour because our room “wasn’t ready” – despite it being well past the check-in time. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, and there was no apology or compensation offered.
Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. On one occasion, our room wasn’t cleaned at all, and when we called the front desk to ask about it, they acted as though it was our fault for not requesting it – something that should be standard service. We also encountered issues with basic amenities: no towels, empty soap dispensers, and a broken air conditioner that took days to be fixed after repeated complaints.
Communication between staff members was chaotic. We were given contradictory information about hotel services multiple times, and requests were frequently forgotten or ignored. It felt like no one was in charge or cared about guest satisfaction.
Overall, this hotel needs a complete overhaul of its management team. The lack of leadership, poor training, and apparent disregard for guests turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful experience. I won’t be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
