The location was easily accessible, the rooms were good, but the food was a big disappointment. The taste was just average.

Stay and food is very good and nice staff. Hotel was completely empty but no upgrade was offered even after asking. We were only customer in the hotel.

bad staff behavior, poor room service...horrible breakfast...we got stomach upset..room charge is 5600 per room..for two rooms make my trip charged up 18000 and also 2000 for extra bed..will never us make my trip

Stay was decent not so wow Morning breakfast was not good .. it took too long . food was tooo salty.. Agreed by the staff that cook didnot come and the breakfast fast experiment was done by someone else.

It was very comfortable stay.. The cleanliness actually was awesome.. The service was excellent.. Only problem we faced was with the television set in room no.205. Anyway...they wanted to change the room ..but we somewhat adjusted.

Staff was always very polite, facilities were wonderful. Kids play area, huge property, shops on property, animal farm, birds in a big display and various birds like turkeys and hens roaming all over the open area made sure we had a great time. 15/10 would recommend! staff: floor staff for room service was prompt and polite, reception was prompt and polite. Food:waiters and servers were considerate. Fresh milk was readily available for our kid throughout the day and well into the night. Separate veg and non veg restaurants with a huge menu. We opted for butter chicken, roti and then a pizza (thin crust) and hummus platter. All was served within 20 minutes of ordering and was very tasty.

It is too expensive for a tiny little room that we booked. The interiors are good but not worthwhile for 9k that we paid. The surrounding and the view from the balcony is not that great. No privacy, won't recommend for couples.

Only alright aspect of our stay at the property was their room. Decent space, fine washroom. Other than that, the service level was not upto the mark. Day 1 we did not even get the breakfast option, restaurant was closed and we had to go out for breakfast. Forget issuing a refund for that or compensating, they weren’t even accepting their gap. We essentially went on to use the place only for crashing in the night, there was nothing else in the property to enjoy or relax. Was a one time visit, never going back again. Anyone choosing to stay here, please keep the right expectation in mind. If you are looking just for a sleepover, it ain’t bad, but anything more isn’t worth it.

We so enjoy our stay, very comfortable to stay in. The location is perfect to enjoyed. Staff is kind and helpful. Overall good.
