Reaching the hotel is terrible as its temple area with full crowded local people ask for parking fee as we need to cross temple parking. No other route to reach the hotel.

It was terrible experience. The place is very congested. No balcony. Window opens in a nearby house. Not clean. The most terrifying is the bed. And pillows. We couldn't sleep for the whole night. And in the morning there was no water. No tea. No service. No room service people were there until 8. 30 am

It was not cleaned. Toilet flush was not in working. Name is deluxe but it was not even dormitory. Single person can accommodate but not for family.

Bathroom space vey vey less. Toiles flush water spilling over bathroom. Wash basin drain spilling all over. Room vey smelly and shabby. Bedsheet and blanket torn. Poor hospitality. Very remote location. How can mm t even add this kind of property in the panel. I will never recommend to book tho mmt.

Very bad and low quality hotel... In my life first time I choose this type of hotel from next time I never suggest this hotel for myself and my friends also .... Dirty rooms, bathroom,no service,no cleanliness, PLEASE DON'T STAY IN HOTEL 🙏

Worst experience ever no landline, no water, no soap no slipper and dirty room, smelly blanket, towel and bedsheet even i waited an hour outside the hotel they haven’t pick my call

As it-he location was not too far from station, but the rooms shown were not good n clean n hygiene, also not smelling good, as bed were also smelling bad, pillows were not clean even blankets were having bad odour, there were no toiletries clean and no soaps were available or they not even provided towelss. It was a worst experience there

There is no any water arrangement for drinking, u have to buy bottle and if shop is close then u don't have choice

Bedsheet are dirty, washroom are so dirty. Not water heater facilities they sends different room for shower very bad experience

Except for the toilet, everything else was fine. Toilet was smelly. The location is a bit far from other places in lonavala except for kurla caves

Not stayed in hotel due to non contactable to hotel person mmt customer service also not helpful money wasted on this trip i was accepting help from mmt but they didn't helped contact and informed to customer service but till date no response from them really very very upset for customer service
