I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and easy to access. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and all the basic amenities were provided, including clean towels, toiletries, and complimentary water. The housekeeping service was regular and efficient. The food was also good — tRoom service was timely and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I have booked this hotel but as I reached there it was very worst condition of hotel. This is a review to all those people who are searching hotel in Lonavala Please avoid. Humble request to all whoever sees this. Terrible experience we had plus the staff doesn`t know how to treat customers.

The location was good the room was big the bathroom was big and clean. Only lots of cockroaches in the room. It barely takes one call to a pest control to get rid of them and i dont know why they dont do it.

Bathroom amenities were not there in the room, no soap, handwash nothing, TV was not working, AC not working, bathroom was not that fresh, very old type, WC water flow was very low, outsides food not allowed, and their food prices are very high.

stay was very good.. swimming pool is higher from the ground ,little inconvenient... also contact numbers of property was not reachable

Room was clean, but AC made a disturbing noise the whole night. Management seemed bit uninterested in giving services and needed multiple nudges to get basic amenities like tea bags and towels. Dinner felt overpriced.

Rate was too high. Food is bad. Lift is not present, so plan accordingly. Uber, Ola, and Rapido are banned. Personal taxis charge high.

stay - The room was big enough and comfortable but there were cockroaches roaming in the room and bathroom. bathroom and toiletries - Basic items not provided and at this price it should be available. for e.g. toothpaste, shower soap or gel, toilet tissues. shower gel was provided after multiple requests on day 2. towels were also provided after asking for it a few times. Amenities - AC was fine. The room was well lit. A heating kettle was available but tea and coffee was missing. This was also provided after we asked multiple times. 2x500ml complimentary water bottles provided daily and no more. Atleast 2 1ltr. bottles are normal in most places. pool- clean and pleasant but not good for kids under 4 ft. as they do not have deep or shallow ends. It's one size for all. Get a float for the child. breakfast - Average. 1 north indian & 1 south indian just 1 fruit (papaya) bread butter & tea. 1st breakfast at least there was watermelon juice but nothing in 2nd breakfast. location- close to main lonavala market but own vehicle is an added benefit. staff- polite but they are so short staffed that they're unsure of what to do. The overall experience was average. It's a good property and no complaints for the staff that was available. Families usually do not stay in all day & usually step out so the little time they spend in the hotel should be worth it.

Property is good however needs a lot of improvement in customer service. In my two days stays no one was there on reception regularly to attend queries. Needed to hunt down the staff. Good service is average needs improvement

It was beautiful✨stay we loved it so much that we extended one more day But I'd like to add please look after the food , we eat vegetarian food and they were not having much option for it, secondly lonavala comes under Maharashtra and Maharashtrian food should be they're top most priority as visitors from other country and states visit there for holidays to enjoy they're authenticity So they should have maharashtrian food options and veg options in food Rest the service was amazing 👍 Thank you!!

To be honest, the food is amazing, we had dinner and breakfast there. The ambience and cleanliness are good. Staff should be more proactive we had to ask for a towel and soap as it was not kept ready.
