It was just waste of our money. The stay was horrible. Basic amenities was not given. Room allocated was with complementary cockroaches.Totaly mismanaged property.Breakfast was . Bread butter served with no butter. property as 3star which can't even be rated as 1star.

My experience with this property was not good. 1. The rooms were neither clean nor sanitized, there were a lot of bugs. 2. They didn’t provide any toiletries and asked us to use handwash as shampoo. Only liquid handwash was available.

This hotel is not worth the charged money. Cockroach was roaming in the room, reception staff was not cooperative and told us TV facility is not there in your room. The room was stinking. Booked room with balcony but they gave other room because of some maintenance.

I have booked this hotel but as I reached there it was very worst condition of hotel. This is a review to all those people who are searching hotel in Lonavala Please avoid. Humble request to all whoever sees this. Terrible experience we had plus the staff doesn`t know how to treat customers.

The location was good the room was big the bathroom was big and clean. Only lots of cockroaches in the room. It barely takes one call to a pest control to get rid of them and i dont know why they dont do it.

Bathroom amenities were not there in the room, no soap, handwash nothing, TV was not working, AC not working, bathroom was not that fresh, very old type, WC water flow was very low, outsides food not allowed, and their food prices are very high.

stay was very good.. swimming pool is higher from the ground ,little inconvenient... also contact numbers of property was not reachable
