when we reached at the property, the care taker came very late to pick up and he didn't took our bags there war free bag pickup added to our booking. And the care taker was already staying at the property with his family.
The cre taker told us not to make noice because he lives here in the kitchen room and not to disturb him while enjoying our trip, he also mentioned that if we made noice he will report to owner that these people are doing terrible things and breaking properties assets, he was frustrated and trying to heat up on us for no reason.
Now the main thing is that property owner took 2000rs as security deposit and told will return after checkout.
There was no pool included in our booking but owner told he will adjust and provide access to pool after 12 am, he didn't mentioned about charges at that time. And when we were enjoying pool at night, the care taker came and said please don't make noice don't play too much my family is sleeping or I will call police.
we didn't said anything and stopped making noices.
when we get to checkout they didn't gave us our security deposit he told us that we have covered your deposit to our pool charges that you have used at night.
thi was my worst to worst experience at any property I have visited, I will never recommend anyone to visit here at any cost.
