Firstly the place was filled with cockroaches, we were finding them everywhere, in the fridge, bed, inside microwave, on all the utensils. Secondly, the beds were not comfortable at all, the bed springs were either worn out or maybe due to some other issues my whole family was not able to sleep properly and woke up with neck pain. We could not cool anything because kitchen was not hygienic at all due to presence of so many cockroaches and rodents. Overall I would not recommend any family to book this place as it is neither comfortable nor hygienic.

Disappointing Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with a property . The property was not a luxury villa but rather a third-class accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the issues were evident. The home entry was unappealing, with no security gate. The doormat was filthy, and the bedsheets inside the cupboard were extremely dirty. The washrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained, lacking basic cleanliness. The kitchen area was also in unacceptable condition, making it unfit for use. We immediately reported the matter yet there has been no response or refund. Since we refused to stay at this property, we had to book a different resort This property is not recommended at all, and I strongly urge others to beware before booking.

Improvement feedback 1. Location details were incorrect on makemytrip. Check in experience was tedious because of that. 2. Tata play was not working 3. No hand towels 4. No toilet paper and tissues 5. Backyard was very dusty

Stay is good

What a pleasant stay it was. We were 7 people and we loved the stay and enjoy every bit. The villa is really nice and pool is the best part of it. Real good housekeeping and lovey host. Thank you for wonderful experience

The place is a perfect weekend getaway for a big group. Was quite spacious for a group of 8. The pool was clean and well maintained. Nice place to enjoy the weather away from the city hustle bustle. Thanks to the host mr. Upjit for great service.

Host upjit’s villa is a superb place for large groups to stay and enjoy a day or a weekend. A very quaint place with multiple levels, we loved our experience and hospitality on our one day stay here. Definitely book without a second thought.

Had a memorable experience with family at the villa. Pros: 1. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. 2. The villa was lavish and offered ample space. 3. Bluetooth speakers were already available at the villa for anyone who wishes to play some music. 4. Wifi was helpful. 5. Swimming pool was usable and we had loads of fun there. 6. Host upjit and cohos-ts tan-vi & tanya was very polite and helpful. They even arranged a birthday cake and a hand written note as per request which was really sweet 7. They have in house restaurant and food gets nicely packed and delivered to your rooms. 8. Microwave, induction and ro water available.

Mr. Upjit place is one of the finest in lonavala. The landscape will leave you mesmerized. We had a wonderful stay! highly recommended co-host tan-vi and tanya.
