Review Of HOTEL PLANET FOUR

The location is good. But overall hotel and rooms are not maintained. Bedsheet and pillow covers were stinking. I had booked premium room but A/C wasn't working, and when I highlighted this the staff said we don't have another premium room and suggested me to shift in normal room for which i refused. At last with no option i had to stay in same room where i paid for premium room but got service or normal room. And they dint adjust any amount as well. I need assistance from MMT

The overall stay and staf behaviour was good but the blanket was dirty. we reached just 25 mins before the checking time but they are not allowing us to check in even before 20 25 mins

no one picks up this phone..and no 1 even will call u back... cleaning is not done on time..there is no guarantee for hot water , i wanted towels for which i had to climb down to reception as they didn't provided new one and no 1 was receiving the call for service. tv was not working...god know how they have certificate of mmt goibibo on desk...don't go there

AC &. The TV was not working, the cleaning was not as good as expected Hot water was not available at the time of check in. they rectify on next day .

overall good experience but late check in allow at 1:00 pm. room is not clean in check in time . staff is not available in reception counter. electricity problem is there hot water is not available all the time. lastly they allow to us their room for changing is good things.combo room is available for reasonable price overall good stay.

Location is great near station and marker. Cleaness is poor.

The hotel service is very bad. When we go to check in, they keep us waiting for a long time. When we order something for the room, they don't provide the service quickly. The person sitting at the reception desk has a very bad personality and talks badly to everyone. The room is very bad. The tower brush inside the room and they don't give us any of the things that are mentioned.

1.Pillow covers were not washed 2. Bed covers and bed spread were also not washed 3. ⁠No dustbin for the room 4. ⁠there were no doormat to come outside the bathroom 5. ⁠inspite of requesting many number of times ,toiletries were not provided 6. ⁠the kettle for coffee was not in proper condition

Very sorry, I will not recommend this place for anyone. The pillows and bedsheets were all stinking, very poor maintenance. They had assured in their description while booking, they will give dental kit, toiletries, in spite of repeated request, they never bothered to give. The kettles for water was also in bad shape

So the hotel gave us a room where it's telephone wasn't working to contact the reception, TV was not operational, AC was leaking. After an hour of complaints, they agreed to shift the rooms. That room had a smell of hookah all over it meaning they didn't bother to clear it out before handing it to a guest. The new room's basin was blocked so that needed to be cleared. The new room's TV was on but their cable recharge was due so that took another 2 hours. They claim that RO water is free but it's filter was non operational so had to pay for water as well and it wasn't even bisleri but a cheap knock off. I know MMT isn't responsible for the experience but this is another instance where their ratings are absolute bull crap. So I'll not be booking with them again. Booking com is so much better only for the fact of no prepayment at all where as here you need to pay before that last day and even earlier in some cases

Parking is underground with little space to go underneath. Rooms were not that fresh that was stinky and wash basin drainage was always blocked and water went out too slow. Other than this room was good as price is considered.

Service not up to mark & some facilities like water bottle & dentel kit, slipper was not provided. Expired water bottle was in room.
